La Barjola is a small craft brewery.
With us, we are not like the others!
Every month a new recipe is born to allow you to taste new flavors.
We mainly produce blond and amber beers with floral and fruity tastes, during the harvest period we produce brews with wild hops from the region.
To reduce production waste, spent grains are transformed by the Corbère-les-Cabanes baker into cereal bread.
Fermenter residues are transformed into beer vinegar by the Vinaigrerie des Domaines located in Corbère.
