During renovation work on a building in 2000, Jacqueline and Jean Reig discovered an old oil mill in the medieval rampart of this building. They then decided to embark on its restoration: the Auxelles mill was about to rise from its ashes.
Open to visitors, take this opportunity to discover table olives and olive oils, as well as the production of organic almonds and pomegranate juice.
