The old cooperative cellar in the village of Bélesta has been completely refurbished to allow you to benefit from top-of-the-range hotel and gastronomic services, while keeping its wine-growing and historical character. The old cellar is therefore split into three parts: the wine cellar for Ribérach wines, the design hotel and above the old wine vats, the restaurant. Between sea and mountains, in this former cathedral of wine, themed stays, wine tourism and tasting are a must. Sale of wines and organic products.
In July and August: once a week, Tuesday wine bar evening (tapas and wine). Out of season: once a month, Thursday. Paying visit and tasting.
