"Organic and biodynamic family winery, Independent Winegrower, tasting cellar and direct sale from the producer.
Facing the Canigó, our 11ha vineyard, planted from the 1940s, is one of the highest in France (from 600 to 700 m above sea level). We cultivate six indigenous or rare grape varieties: Carignan of course, but also Grenache, Chenanson, Syrah, Cinsault and Chasan.

The quality of our grapes, harvested exclusively by hand, allows us to use almost no additives in our wines. Only sulphites and in minimal doses. We ferment in native yeasts.
We offer a free circuit to do independently. To discover our vineyard, its history, its casots, its dolmen. The terminals with QR code provide you with explanatory videos.
We also offer a bike tour in the vineyards, free and with explanatory terminals.
