GAEC CHEESE FACTORY LE MOULY BENC

Isolated farm located in the mountains of Haut Vallespir. We raise 12 dairy cows of Montbéliarde and Brune des Alpes breeds which graze daily on around thirty hectares of undergrowth, moors and meadows, crossed by the river "Lamanère".
The cows are milked twice a day and all the milk is processed on site into various cheeses which are sold on site or at local markets.
