THE MILL OF MINERVE

Le Moulin de Minerve, a family business created around ten years ago, was the first private mill in the Pyrénées-Orientales. On 7 hectares, more than 8 different varieties of olives are grown.
In a warm and friendly setting, come and discover our know-how in the production of olive oil and natural soaps.
On the farm from June to September.
