Welcome to Union Cafe!
It is in the form of a cooperative society that we run the bar-restaurant in the village of Fillols, an unusual and friendly village.
You will taste Catalan family cuisine prepared with respect and love for local products.
Opening of the café: every day from 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. on weekends.
For catering, a unique dish of the day is offered at lunchtime on weekdays. From Friday evening to Sunday noon, it's à la carte with our Bistrot specialties: duck breast with morels or lamb chops with chanterelle mushrooms. Idea for a walk from the Bistrot: come and visit the Romanesque church (the keys are in the café) or the bazart boutique (open on Sundays)... and climb to the top of the Pic de Cogollo (3h) from Fillols.
