Located on the heights of Vernet-les-Bains (typical village in the heart of Conflent, spa resort at the foot of Canigó and only 5 km from Villefranche-de-Conflent), in the old village, our restaurant offers colorful bistro cuisine and full of flavors, with fresh and quality products.
A slate is offered to you every day on which you will discover the Chef's desires of the day. For each dish (starter, hot dish, dessert), two or three choices. Depending on your hunger and your desires, you will only have to compose your meal, the taste of which will be, although it is, delicate.
The Cortal is the guarantee of enjoying an excellent meal, with quality products, harmoniously assembled. The Chef works as much as possible with seasonal, fresh and local products.
