From Arles-sur-Tech, follow the direction of Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste (D115). On leaving the village of Tech, turn right towards Allau (D74a). At the entrance to Allau, take the road to the right towards Coll de la Rua.

This circuit is designed for amateurs wishing to experience a first approach to mountain biking in the mountains. With a reasonable elevation and path without any technical difficulty, on wide tracks, this walk can even be done quietly during the day. This hike in the Comalada valley will delight you with a route rich in colors in the autumn period.
