The Vista Muntanya apartment, on the ground floor of an old village house, is unique with its privileged location in the old part of Eus (the sunniest village in France and one of the most beautiful villages in France).
Private use of the gardens, terraces and swimming pool with stunning views of the Tet Valley and the often snow-capped Mount Canigó.
There are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room and 2 separate WCs. There is also a very comfortable extra bed (for 2 people) in the living room. There are two terraces, one covered in vines is directly outside the dining area, and another overlooking the pool and the mountains with a gas barbecue and sink.
The private swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps, the depth varies from 1m to 2,2m. On the pool deck, there are several deck chairs, deckchairs, side tables and 2 huge parasols.
