This Villa built between 1901 and 1902 by Joseph Pierre Monin (1837-1910) stands out in the urban landscape of Arles sur Tech. Anyone passing through or living in our city has many questions about this building. Although its architecture is not in harmony with the rest of the village, it is nonetheless true that it is an integral part of the economic history of Arles, but also of its daily history since it became the Town Hall in 1936.
