History Conflent Canigó brings together 39 municipalities. The community of municipalities carrying the project obtained the label in 45. It highlights the heritage riches of the territory which are both natural (reserves, regional natural park) and

39;artistic attractions (Romanesque abbeys and Baroque churches). The label commits the Cities and Countries of

39;history to develop a cultural and tourist policy based on heritage which is available in particular in:

-raising awareness among residents and professionals

-Initiation of young audiences
