Our Carmel is located in the Têt Valley at the foot of Mount Canigó. We belong to the order of "Discalced Carmel", an order reformed by Saint Teresa of Avila in the 15th century. Our vocation is exclusively contemplative, dedicated to prayer for the Church and the world.

Every day: 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 15:15 p.m. - 17:15 p.m. (except Sunday afternoon) / Ring the bell at the entrance!
