Between the sea and the mountains, Villa du Parc, a charming guest house, welcomes you to the heart of the Conflent region, an ideal location for enjoying outdoor activities and discovering a rich heritage. Situated at the entrance to Prades, a 10-minute walk from the town center, the property is nestled in a magnificent 8000 m² park with century-old trees, at the foot of Mount Canigou. It comprises a large 1930s manor house in the Neo-Basque style, and its former caretaker's cottage, where charming holiday cottages have been created for 2 people (studio), 3 people (upper cottage), or 4 people (lower cottage). Guests have access to a private, enclosed parking area, a garage for two-wheeled vehicles, and a shared laundry room. Enjoy the idyllic setting of the park with picnic tables, garden furniture/fire pit, swimming pool and solarium, sun loungers and parasols, hammocks, a pétanque court, and a sauna. Linens are included. Electric vehicle charging point available.
