The culinary project "2784 m" , initiated by the Conflent Canigó Tourist Office and the Amélie-País Català Tourist Attractiveness Agency , aims to highlight the Catalan terroir by imagining culinary mussels that evoke the majestic Canigó massif.

By combining 3D printing with the skills of local professionals, this project offers a unique way to taste the soul of the iconic mountain of the Catalan Country… directly on your plate! With the “2784 m” mussels , the Canigó comes to your table.
