For thousands of years, they have shaped and transformed it to make it their home. Over time, farming practices have adapted to the environmental conditions and the needs of the community. Today, this expertise is the hallmark of local production, in tune with the seasons, reflecting the variety and quality of both the products and the activities offered by the northern vineyards.
