Departure: From the car park at the exit of Lamanère (Tourist Information sign). Locate the start of the trail and its few steps at the corner of a garage (heading 110 PR Yellow markings).
1,20 km: Short round trip to the Sta Cristina chapel, before returning to the path.
1,45 km: It joins a passable road to take on the left (heading 120).
2,15 km: Flat track: continue on it opposite (heading 160).
2,50 km: Carrefour du Pla de la Llop: locate a path on the right that goes up through the undergrowth (cap 240).
2,80 km: Leave it for the path on the right (PR Jaune / heading 180).
3,40 km: Take a forest track on the right (heading 160).
4,15 km: Coll de les Falgueres: same track with a right turn (course 240).
4,50 km: Start of the ascent of the Coma Negra via a logging trail on the left (course 180).
5,60 km: Pla de la Serra: first follow the ridge to the right before tackling the final slope (course 300).
6,65 km: Totem of the southernmost point of France. The path which now evolves in the undergrowth, just at the edge of the forest (cape 280).
7,30 km: After crossing the Coma Negra, switch to the south side via a rather steep ledge.
8,30 km: Arrived at a pass, head back north through the undergrowth (course 320).
10,55 km: Dive back down one last time on the south slope (heading 100).
11 km: We move away from the border fence to head diagonally to the right (course 250).
11,40 km: Combe de la Collada Fonda: same direction on a logging path (course 260).
11,80 km: Coll de Malrems / border marker no. 521: go back down into the valley via the GRT83 (white & red markings / heading 50)
