Departure: In front of the Tourist Office and Thermal Spa of Amélie-les-Bains. Go down the main road on the left (Cap 110). Cross the small bridge that spans the Mondony and take Avenue du Général de Gaulle.
400 m: At the entrance to the underground car park, go up Camí del Pastou on the right (Cap 120).
2,00 km: The fairly long uphill path leads to an intersection of several paths. Leave this main climb to turn right twice in a row 10 meters away (Cap 220) signposted "Roc de la Campana / Le Drapeau"
2,12 km: Go around a mound on the left (Cap 250). Be careful! This section of the trail is sometimes steep with 2 to 3 large steps to climb.
2,18 km: Arrival at a vast panorama: always choose the option diagonally to the left (Cap 240).
2,35 km: Arrival at the flag. Then turn around following the same route.
2,70 km: Back at the intersection encountered during the climb, go back down to Amélie-les-Bains by the same route as on the way there (Cap 40).
4,25 km: Back in the city center, return via the avenue that borders the Tech (Cap 320).
4,50 km: At the bridge at the corner of the casino, take the short pedestrian path of Docteur Bouix on the left. And at the end on the left, take the avenue du Vallespir, towards the Tourist Office and Thermalism.
