Departure: In front of the Prats-de-Mollo La Preste Tourist Office: turn right to reach the corner of the Hôtel Bellevue. Then climb the cobbled street along the ramparts (Cap 340).
250 m: take the alley on the right towards Fort Lagarde (PR / Cap 20 markings). Go along the cemetery before starting the climb up this entire southern slope.
2,35 km: Coll de Cavaneilles: switch opposite onto the right branch, signposted “Sant Guillem” (Cap 350).
3,15 km: go straight at a hairpin bend (white barriers / Cap 30).
8,65 km: once at the Aplegadors turnaround area, go straight on slightly downhill (Cape 350).
10 km: at the Cal Picoutous crossroads, continue straight ahead towards Sant Guillem.
11,40 km: from the Sant Guillem refuge, head back towards the Cal Picoutous crossroads taken on the way there.
12,80 km: At Cal Picoutous, this time climb the right track.
13,90 km: at the end of the track, at Coll Baxo, take the path marked “Serre Vernet” (Cap W).
16,75 km: At the Col de Serre Vernet, locate on the left the start of the GRP (TV / Cap 210) towards “Prats”
18,40 km: at Col de Coumeille, turn right towards “Faig Xintat” (Cap 260).
20,20 km: at Faig Xintat, the path falls back onto a forest track. Connect to it on the left (Cap 230).
22,30 km: at the Col du Miracle, begin the descent to Prats (Cap 120).
25,40 km: Road connection for 350m (same as above), before leaving it via stairs (at the corner of a house / Cap 160).
