Departure: At the entrance to the Center Sud Canigó in Arles.
Leave and join the main road D115 (heading 70).
500 m: Cross the bridge on the left, then turn immediately right (road signposted “Le Bernado”).
580 m: Quickly take the “Chemin de Can Truja” on the left
900 m: Just after passing a barn, locate the start of a path on the left (marked PR / Cap 290) going up a valley in successive stages. The climb becomes steeper after the two stream crossings.
3 km: Highest point at Coll d'en Gros; go back down to the left on the path marked “Arles” (Cap Sud).
3,80 km: Warning! Sudden change of direction with the start of a hairpin path on the right, just behind a tree (Cap Ouest). This path comes out onto a road to be taken on the left (Cap 120).
4,90 km: Follow the sidewalk that runs alongside the road (Cap 210).
5 km: At the roundabout, cross the pedestrian crossing to take the street signposted “Cloître / Abbaye”
5,40 km: Turn left at the corner of the bus station (Cap Est) to join the GR 10 signposted “Paracolls”.
5,70 km: After crossing the footbridge, turn left onto the path that runs alongside the Tech.
